With a background in sports events and management, I started working with Team Development activities in 2005. Since then, we have been dedicated to supporting the development of individuals, teams, and organisations.

We have been working with clients and partners all over the world. After relocating from China to Sweden in 2017, LTC Consulting was established, and has continue to develop projects together with partners around the globe.
