At times organisations need advice or extra support when developing their Learning and Development initiatives. At LTC we are truly interested in consulting such areas, to maximise the alignment of strategic priorities for the organization, its efforts, and expectations of stakeholders. Such consulting can be about methodology, design, perspectives and approaches to L&D and talent initiatives. We believe that a strong partnership is essential to gain perspectives of internal as well as external perspectives.

Leadership Development

The majority of our work is related to Leadership Development. We are engaging in conversations of how to maximise the output of such initiatives with a fitting design, methodology and approach to match expectations and strategical priorities.

Talent Development

How does your organization define talent, and make sure that co-workers are not excluded from the talent narrative? This is an important first step when developing your talent development initiatives for your organization. Later stages typically includes designing a suitable format with a mix of action learning and project based development.

Strategy Development

Strategy development is not a "once in a while activity". We work with organizations and teams to review and develop strategic direction and priorities on a regular basis through a popular workshop format.

Culture Change

Successful culture change might be one of the most difficult tasks organizations encounter. Yet, we have all seen numbers of attempts in doing so.
