Facilitating & Training
Facilitating is in many ways the core of what we do. It contains facilitating learning in a constructivist matter by listening, observing, sharing, enthusing and balancing process and content.

Facilitating often includes the role of being a trainer and/or instructor, however there are certain different methodologies involved with these roles. For us it is important to be able to adjust to the situation and the context, and make a conscious choice of what role is suitable.
Facilitation
We facilitate workshops, and other development initiatives with a clear process in mind. The art of facilitation takes a lot of experience when balancing content and process.
Training
In many development initiatives there are elements of training. It can be related to building new skills and practicing new behaviours. When doing so we focus on linking theory and practice in a clear yet engaging manner.
